Program:
March 10th: Arrival Day! Cacao and Community Dinner! Best to plan your flight to arrive early! Fly into either Catania Fontanarossa or Comiso. There are buses available to Noto or Rosolini, Taxi or Pickup can be arranged from either to arrive to Zensicily.
March 11th: Get into your body through Hatha and Restorative Yoga Classes woven between walks on the land and beautiful, delicious farm to table meals! Heal and open up the physical self in order to allow the spirit within you to shine with bliss!
March 12th: Raise your vibration through sound healing and meditation as we go deeper within the self to feel the true nature of you!
March 13th: Rest, Relax, Restore. Indulge in the beauty and the peace of the land as we allow the first few days to integrate. We will also spend the afternoon at local beaches including the nature reserve Reserva Naturale Oasi di Vendicari followed by a Cacao ceremony when we get back to land at Zensicily!
March 14th: Free yourself! Get out to Siracusa and Explore the wonders of this historic town! Allow yourself to flow and enjoy what the culture has to offer. With all of the healing you have been doing your mind, body and spirit will be supercharged to fully enjoy the blessings of Sicily
