DESCRIPTION:Head to Sicily for an elemental yoga retreat with a hike on Mount Etna. \nOpen to all levels\, this 5 day 4 night course is the opportunity to immerse yourself in your yoga practice in the heart of Sicily. We will practice vinyasa yoga to achieve a state of moving meditation with the precision of words as the point of focus. \nTeacher: \nAntoine POMMET’s cutting-edge teaching appeals to teachers as much as to people who are new to the practice of yoga. Expect to explore your own limits without being encouraged to exceed them at all costs.
